Shipping

Our mission is to offer you the very best shipping options available, no matter where in the world you live. Every day, we deliver to customers around the world. We partner with premium global suppliers, and aim to have your order to you as soon as possible.

Please allow between 2 to 7 business days for your order to be processed, items to be dispatched, and then to receive your tracking code.

It is important to note that because we source our products from different suppliers around the world, shipping times may vary between manufacturers/suppliers. The times listed below are an average, and are subject to change, depending on the popularity, current demand, and availability of each individual product, as well as international customs processing times. However, we will always endeavor to give you the fastest possible delivery time for your order.

Estimated Shipping Times:

United States - Between 10 to 30 business days for delivery.

All Other Countries - Between 15 to 40 business days for delivery.

Please note: Larger items such as furniture or large orders consisting of higher quantities of any other product, may take between an additional 20 to 30 business days on top of the above estimated shipping times to be delivered. 

Please note: Once an item(s) has been delivered to your destination address, and is in or around your property, our company is no longer liable for any theft or damage to the item(s) post delivery. Any theft or damage to the item(s) must then be taken up with the courier or local postal service.

Please note: If the courier cannot deliver your package due to an incomplete or incorrect address given by the customer at the time of placing the order, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional costs incurred to arrange for redelivery of the package.

Please note: COVID-19 has caused delays with shipping times, please allow extra time for your item to arrive due to limited airline logistics, and ground teams.  

 

 

Returns

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund.  Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the item to support@poshpetsupplyco.com

After that, you may either keep the item, or you might want to donate it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
